The default status of unsigned payments will be updated from PDNG (Pending) to RCVD (Received).

This update is in line with the Berlin Group specification and it is our understanding that this is the standard for other Berlin Group banks.

Key points to note:
- PDNG (Pending): Currently, payments that have not been signed are initially set to "Pending"
- RCVD (Received): Going forward, unsigned payments will be marked as "Received" upon initiation
